McGregor Park Redevelopment

Omega Associates & Engineers, LLC successfully completed the geotechnical services for the MacGregor Park Renovation project. Our work included performing seven soil borings and delivering comprehensive geotechnical evaluations to support the design of underground detention beneath parking areas, post‑tensioned tennis court slabs, small retaining walls, single‑story buildings, a future swimming pool, and associated parking and driveways. We provided reliable subsurface data, laboratory testing, geotechnical analyses, and engineering recommendations essential for the successful development of the planned park improvements. Our services encompassed field exploration, soil borings, laboratory testing, geotechnical analysis and reporting, and schedule coordination to meet the project's design and construction needs.
