Harvest Green Business Complex

Omega has been retained to conduct a comprehensive geotechnical site investigation for the Harvest Green Business Complex. This complex is a planned development consisting of multiple office and retail buildings with structural layouts varying from one to four stories in height. Each building within the complex spans approximately 9,000 to 42,000 square feet in area. The investigation's primary objective is to determine the subsurface conditions and soil characteristics necessary to support the complex's construction safely, efficiently, and sustainably. Given the variation in building height and footprint, it is crucial to ensure the foundation design accommodates the loads associated with each building's size and usage.
